My background
Helen works with The British Library as a strategic marketing consultant for small businesses on the Innovating For Growth Scale-up programme. She is also a Enterprise Adviser for The Careers and Enterprise Company in the South East, working with schools to transform careers programmes for young people.
She provides interim Marketing Director services for clients of The Marketing Centre, a Liberti Group company, and has worked closely with manufacturing, healthcare, charities and IT companies to help solve marketing issues, develop new services, launch new digital solutions and provide a sounding board for directors and their teams. Her clients vary in size of turnover from new start-ups to more established medium-sized businesses.
During her corporate career, Helen has held senior roles in corporate finance, marketing, strategy, new product development and customer relations with Natwest, MasterCard, RBS and independent software companies, where she helped deliver transformational growth. She is a skilled strategic thinker and combines this with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
